Policies + Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT POLICY: A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event or party. A $100 deposit is to be paid to secure a hold on your date/time. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full 24 hours before the date of the scheduled event or party. By paying this deposit you agree to the following terms and conditions:

CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY: The full remaining amount of the party will be due 24 hours before the date of the event or party. Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to an event with a full refund. Cancellations received from 7 days to 48 hours will receive a refund less a $50 cancel fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours will result loss of your $100 deposit. If a bad weather should arise and a change of date and/or time needs to be made, accommodations will be considered based on availability at no charge, within three (3) months of the original event date and only once, and if notified at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation is the only option, this will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the $100 deposit. The full cancellation policy can be found at the bottom of this page.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE: A Travel/Fuel surcharge is applied for locations in excess of 15 miles from the zip code of 27526 (Fuquay Varina, NC) See our Service Area page for more information.

BAD WEATHER: There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, ice, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of adverse weather threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated major storm or other strong weather events) please contact us to begin the rescheduling or have a contingency plan for an indoor venue (large room, school gymnasium, etc.). In the event of light rains or sprinkles during the event, we reserve the right to halt the event until such time as the weather clears enough to continue playing.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Home Front Mobile Laser Tag does require a parent or responsible adult to be on scene during the party. Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Use of the laser tag is limited to guests over the age of 7, or at the sole discretion of the game coach for those under the age of 7.

DAMAGE/INJURY: Neither Home Front Mobile Laser Tag nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position our equipment in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Home Front Laser Tag reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. Neither Home Front Mobile Laser Tag nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
Due to the nature of Laser Tag game play, involving running around obstacles and other players, we reserve the right to limit game play to those not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may and reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated during any Home Front Mobile Laser Tag event. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

EVENT LOCATION/VENUE: The client is responsible for providing the event location as is responsible for all location fees and permits or fines. Location must be made available to Home Front Mobile Tag for at least 1 hours before the scheduled event and at least 1 hours after the scheduled event ends according to the set-up and tear-down requirements set forth by the package purchased.

LIABILITY WAIVERS: Each Individual participant (or authorized guardian, if minor) must read and sign the release of liability prior to participating in any laser tag event. The release of liability will be provided at the event in paper and/or digital form for signature.

NUMBER OF PLAYERS:
Packages are booked as a set of 14 taggers. **The MAXIMUM amount of players during any game is 14.** If your event has more than 14 attendees, additional players WILL have to rotate and take turns.
HARD AND ROUGH TERRAIN:
We reserve the right to alter the package upon arrival based on our ability to setup, or stake obstacles into the ground, or our need to protect them from damage.

PICTURES: While your party is in effect the Game Coach & Crew may be taking pictures of the game play. We use these party photos for our web site and Social Media pages (Facebook, etc.). We never identify players’ names or locations. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify the Game Coach prior to the party.
